At German Institute, we offer primarily digital products and services such as German language courses (A1, A2, B1) delivered online and offline. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when our services are delivered.
1. Digital Products (Online Courses & Materials)
- Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your course or digital product via email or through your registered account on our learning platform.
- Delivery Time:
- Instant access is provided for most pre-recorded courses.
- Live course access (Zoom link or platform login) will be sent 24–48 hours before the course begins.
- If you do not receive access within the stated time, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@germaninstitute.co.in.
2. Physical Shipments
Currently, we do not ship any physical products. All offerings on our website are delivered digitally or conducted in-person at our location (where applicable).
3. Offline/Onsite Courses
Students enrolled in offline courses are required to attend sessions at our training center:
